On a daily basis 120 auditors at KLM check that all rules and laws are sufficiently embedded in the processes and procedures. KLM is replacing its existing audit support tools with the Quality On-Line Audit module. KLM uses the application under the name Q-Blue. The entire project was completed within six months of being commissioned.
KLM introduces worldwide auditing system
On 1 April 2008 KLM began using Quality On-Line's new Single Global Audit Management System. This enables KLM to support all operational processes across the organisation designed to safeguard flight safety.
