KLM is replacing its existing audit support tools with the Quality Online Audit module. KLM uses the application under the name Q-Blue. The entire project was completed within six months.
KLM introduces worldwide auditing system
On 1 April 2008 KLM began using Quality Online's new Single Global Audit Management System. This enables KLM to support all operational processes across the organisation designed to safeguard flight safety.
